A: Always remember that You are the Boss! You own the vehicle. You get to choose where it is repaired! State Law says you have the right to have your vehicle repaired wherever you choose. The insurance company must honor your decision.
A: No. Pick the shop you want to repair your vehicle and ask them to write the estimate. If the insurance company wants another estimate they will send one of their adjusters to look at the vehicle or they will hire a 3rd party damage appraisal company.
A: No problem! Insurance companies understand that there might be additional repairs necessary so they have a system for approving them called a supplement. Supplemental repairs are quite common and usually the insurance company pays supplements directly to the shop.
A: Absolutely. Our staff has over 40 years of combined experience working directly with insurance companies on behalf of our customers. We will work with your insurance company to make sure your vehicle gets repaired properly. We do this knowing that we are working for you our customer.
A: We offer rental cars & we will assist you with the necessary arrangements. We typically use Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Enterprise is used by most insurance companies & offers free pickup at our location. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and what your specific limitations are.
A: A car insurance deductible is the amount of money you pay out-of-pocket before the insurance company covers the remainder if you’re involved in an accident. For example, if you have a repair bill of $2,000 and your policy carries a $500 deductible, you’ll pay the first $500 and the insurance company will pay the remaining $1,500.
A: If the other person’s insurance company admits fault and is willing to pay for the repair, it is usually better for you to collect from them. In this case you will not have to pay a deductible and should be supplied with a rental vehicle while your vehicle is being repaired. Discuss this with your insurance agent before making a final decision.

Thank you again Jamie for the great work!
Jamie is by far the best auto body repair man I have ever dealt with!! He is honest as the day is long and a true value. I took my BMW to him to have some minor work done. Anytime I mention BMW the price seems to double or triple. Jamie told me what it would cost to have my list of concerns completed and I about fell of my chair with the amazing VALUE!! I really expected it to cost me more. He then offered a rental car at an extreme discount. He told me when the car would be completed and it was actually completed early. When have you ever heard of that at a body shop?? I would definitely recommend you to take your vehicle to Jamie. You wont be disappointed. Thank you again Jamie for the great work!
